CELAB Celab S.r.l. –Italy is a recognized competent body for CE mark, authorizhed by Italian Governement to work under EMC directive（NB No.2037）. Its has its own laboratory in compliance with the norms ISO17025 and ISO9001 and its test report was recognized in
 the whole Europe. The testing scope of CELAB covers most of the information technology equipment, network and 
telecommunication equipment, household electrical appliances, ISM (industrial, scientific and medical) RF equipment 
etc., and recently, it has taken up military testing as a new activity. 

Since its establishment, CELAB S.r.l. has received a great deal of recognition, at both national and international level. 

In 2004, it started to cooperate with our company Wenzhou General Quality and Technology Service Co., Ltd (GQTS) 
and authorized it as its sole agent in China together with Wenzhou Institute of Technology & Calibration (TTC) as its
testing laboratory in the field of CE certification. With our joint efforts, we issued about 300 certificates in a period of 
less than 2 years, the number of which outshines those in the same line of business. 
The core business of CELAB S.r.l. is product testing, certification, calibration and training. And all of its work is centred 
at providing fast, convenient and satifiying services and assistance to customers all over the world.

  Nemko 
NEMKO (Norges Elektriske Materiellkontroll) was established in 1933 as an institution for mandatory safety testing 
and national approval of electrical equipment to marketed and sold in Norway for connection the public utility network. 
In 1990, Nemko was transformed into an independent, self-owned foundation; in the mean time, both the scope of services and the global presences of Nemko have been 
drastically expanded。 
The Nemko Group today offers testing, inspection and certification services concerning products, machinery, installations
and systems worldwide, e.g. GS mark approval, Nemko N-mark approval, CE approval, CB approval, RoHS Verified mark approval, WEEE approval, and other international approvals
