ISO 9001:2000 as an international standard-setting, the aim is to determine enterprises have been set up and maintain uniform quality system to better meet the requirements of its customers. The standards are in the design, development, production and services, can be used in any industry in any enterprise.

ISO 9001:1994 has expired in the 20 basic components have been reorganized into four major parts of the ISO 9001:2000 or articles.
