Wenzhou General Quality and Technology Service Co., Ltd (GQTS) is subordinated to Wenzhou Institute of Technology Testing & Calibration (TTC). In August 2004, GQTS and TTC won separately the authorization of CELAB S.r.l. – Italy as its sole agent and testing laboratory in China. Since then, our company has been entitled the right to issue CE certificates emitted by CELAB（NB No.：2037）. With a strong technical backup of TTC and a favorable support from CELAB, we provide CE marking package service for our customers from testing to obtaining the certificate.

    In early 2005, our company became Zhejiang Office of Orion Registrar, Inc., USA, a quality and environmental systems registrar scoring at the top list of world’s registrars in Quality Digest’s Annual Registrar Customer Satisfaction Survey. We are in a position to provide management system for companies in Zhejiang and other regions.
 In addition, we have been in cooperation with many world famous certification organizations, including TUV, SGS, IG, MOODY, etc., and became their marketing agent in Wenzhou, capable of undertaking a great variety of international certification programs.
